We know it sounds overly indulgent, but some people actually do get weekly massages.

But a weekly massage — really?
People that get weekly massages tend to make their sessions part of their weekly routine. They also generally opt for shorter sessions, like our 30 minute sessions.
Once it’s part of their schedule, they’re less likely to skip these sessions. Our clients feel like the benefits they receive from seeing our massage therapists more often is really beneficial to them.
Some clients will also see us weekly when they’re working through pain or discomfort after an injury…often as a recommendation with their doctor. Many clients will seek out weekly massage sessions in tandem with their weekly chiropractic visits as well.
So while frequent massage sessions seems odd initially, it really can be a helpful approach for many people.
