Andy specializes in therapeutic and sports massage focused on correcting postural imbalances, restoring movement, and helping clients achieve lasting, pain-free function. His approach combines targeted treatment with practical self-care to support results beyond the table.

Using a multi-modality approach—including deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, joint mobilization, myofascial cupping, Active Isolated Stretching, and IASTM / reflexology—Andy addresses the root causes of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. This approach is especially effective for conditions like plantar fasciitis and chronic foot pain, helping improve tissue quality and speed up recovery.

He works with athletes and active individuals to identify biomechanical dysfunction, including postural imbalances, gait irregularities, and muscular compensation patterns. His experience includes working with Florida A&M Track & Field athletes, as well as professional and Olympic-level competitors, supporting performance, recovery, and injury prevention.
