Her sessions are fully customized, integrating techniques such as neuromuscular therapy, deep tissue, and Active Isolated Stretching (AIS), along with the strategic use of tools like cupping, hot stones, and IASTM to help accelerate tissue response and improve outcomes. Whether the focus is targeted corrective work or restorative mobility, Shontielle adapts each session to meet the body where it is—keeping the nervous system calm while creating meaningful change.
