2. Let us know the number of employees who will be receiving massages
3. Select a day and time for us to visit your company
4. Reserve a "massage" space in your office for that day
5. We'll provide options for your Scheduling System
6. Employees reserve their appointment times
7. On "Massage Day," therapist will arrive 20 min. before the start time
8. The therapist sets up their massage chair, soothing surround-sound music and aromatherapy
9. Everyone gets their stress-relieving chair massage break

RATE VARIATIONS: Rates are variable depending on a number of factors, including location (city), size of job & visit frequency. Volume discounts are available for recurring company sponsored visits. We also offer a 10% discount to non-profit organizations.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Full refund will be provided for all cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time. Cancellations received from 24-48 hours before a confirmed appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equal 20% of total invoice for that day. Cancellations received less than 24 hours before a confirmed appointment are subject to a Cancellation Fee equal to 50% of the invoice total.

What is Corporate Chair Massage?

Performed on-site at your company, a chair massage is a 15-20 minute massage that focuses on the high tension areas of the neck, back, shoulders, arms & hands.
Massages are given on a specially designed portable massage chair. Chair massage is especially effective at producing therapeutic results in a brief period of time by concentrating the massage on the areas of greatest tension.

How much space is needed?

Space requirements are minimal - only a small 5' x 6' area is needed for the therapist to set up their massage chair and have enough room to move around comfortably.
An empty office or meeting room is ideal - though our massage therapists are flexible and can work in a variety of locations to suit your facilities.

What are your rates?

Our rates range from $65-$85 per hour based on various factors such as the city, day vs. evening/weekend, and number of hours booked. We offer significant discounts for volume and recurring bookings.

What about our liability?

Are gratuities or tips expected?

Gratuities are not expected or necessary, however they are an excellent way to let the massage therapists know that they've done an outstanding job. If you choose to tip, the average amount is 10-20%.
