I am dedicated to helping my clients heal, both physically and energetically. I specialize in Medical, Sports and Relaxation Massage modalities and have a deep understanding of anatomy and kinesiology. I also utilize Hydrotherapy and Reiki energetic management to support and speed the healing process. Many times, combining several techniques of massage is what is needed to facilitate pain management and/ or stress reduction. I enjoy helping my patients’ create individual treatment plans that support their goals.

Prior to coming to Advanced Alternatives, I worked extensively with the Core Institute Sports Massage Team as a Master Practitioner Massage Therapist, for the FSU Women’s Tennis Team.
