Massage Therapy is recognized as an effective tool to improve circulation, induce deep relaxation, deepen breathing, release tension, speed injury recovery, improve digestion, decrease swelling, and facilitate emotional / hormonal homeostasis.

Each client receives a uniquely personalized session using techniques and depth of pressure appropriate to them. A Massage Therapy session can be dedicated to relaxation, specific injuries or conditions, or can be a blend of both.
