After being involved in a car accident, my back began to cause me much pain. I researched places in town that could help my condition, and I know it was a blessing to have found Advanced Alternatives! Working with Denise, Leisa, and Michelle twice a week for two months and counting has eased my pain...to the point where it is unbelievable. Not to mention, I am greeted with a smile each and every time I walk through the door. I started going to Leisa about a year ago when I began trying to lose weight. The massage was to help rejuvenate my body from the workouts but also as a reward for my hard work. A year later I have lost 140lbs. While massage didn't make me lose weight it has been part of the process for me to keep my body strong and healthy. I firmly believe without massage and specifically the experts like Leisa and her team I would not have been so successful. I am very grateful to her and always look forward to my next visit.
