I started going to Leisa about a year ago when I began trying to lose weight. The massage was to help rejuvenate my body from the workouts but also as a reward for my hard work. A year later I have lost 140lbs. While massage didn't make me lose weight it has been part of the process for me to keep my body strong and healthy.
