It is our intention to provide our clients with a professional and therapeutic massage experience. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular clients.

At Advanced Alternatives, we understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events such as last minute meetings, traffic considerations, and unexpected events, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling their massage appointment.
In our commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of our clients and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:

If you habitually fail to cancel prior to 24 hours before your massage appointment, a security deposit of 50% of the cost of service will be requested prior to scheduling future appointments.

INFORMED CONSENT

Prior to each massage session, a projected treatment plan will be discussed. During your session, your therapist will use therapeutic massage techniques and depth of pressure according to your comfort level. Please tell us immediately if you have sensitivity or pain. We will immediately adjust our pressure according to your feedback. Our Goal is Your Wellbeing!
