Andrea began her massage journey in 2018 and fell in love with the concept of wellness. She takes pride in knowing she has the skills needed to help someone stand a little straighter, walk a little more fluidly, breathe and sleep deeper; just to “be better” physically.
After completing certification in Miami, Andrea moved to Tallahassee and specializes in injury specific pain management techniques.
Her treatments assist in relief from sore muscles, increase flexibility, facilitate relaxation, mental clarity, improve circulation, sports recovery and injury prevention.
